james wilson looks some some player
Such a step up from EDS/League Cup star to United PL regular.
He may make it but many bridges to cross first.

This Wilson kid does look talented, and being a united player he will get the full 'next big thing' treatment no doubt. However, I remember Karl Bermingham who scored four for us against the rags in the Manchester Senior cup in 2005 - 18 yr old wonderkid I think he was hailed as. Didn't make the first team and played mainly in Ireland after that.

I remember watching Fraizer Campbell scoring all 5 goals when United reserves beat us. He looked the dogs that night. I went last night and Wilson looked good. Long way to go but he will certainly get the "next ??" treatment now.

Had this in an e-mail today. The need to vomit whilst simultaneously guffawing was a unique sensation......

What a start to the 2014/15 season its been for Manchester United. New manager Louis Van Gaal appears to have had an immediate impact as the team have already picked up their first piece of silverware by winning the Champions Cup out in the USA. In lifting the trophy United beat some of Europe's best in AS Roma, Inter Milan, Real Madrid and Liverpool.

We are inviting you and a colleague to join us at one of Manchester United's Premiership matches for the forthcoming season. The two complimentary tickets will include a hosted pre-match meal at a nearby hotel, before heading over to the 'Theatre of Dreams' for what promises to be a thrilling game.

Premiership?

Isn't that rugby?

But then, on second thoughts, the way the rags play.

Scum!

I've recently received begging letters from the rags to buy hospitality packages and join the 'Executive Club' at the swamp. They must be mailing random people off the electoral register. No freebies on offer though. I've kept the begging letters to prove to disbelieving rag mates and acquaintances just how fucking desperate their club is.

SSN: Rags end interest in Vermaelen after refusing a swap deal. So is that basically their way of disguising the fact that they've been SNUBBED?

I don't know, it doesn't say. But I'd bet any money that when asked about it, Wenger says they never said anything about a swap deal. It's just spin, fed to Sky to cover up the fact that players don't see them as a desirable destination any more.
