Wife's after a new 4x4 at the moment. She mentioned that she liked those Chevrolet Capti....
NO FUCKING CHANCE I interrupted.

You're wrong there mate. City also broke the transfer record when Law was signed from Huddersfield for £55k in 1960. Ruining football even then!acton28 said:I'd like to raise a point. Just the one point.
The below shows the progression of record incoming transfers to British clubs but by one in particular.
2014 £59.7m - #PrayForTiaMaria
2013 £37.1m - Doesn't Mata
2002 £29.1m - Ferdinand
2001 £28.1m - Veron
1995 £7m - Andy Cole
1981 £1.5m - Bryan Robson
1962 £115,000 - Denis Law
Little old City's £32,5m statement of intent of Robinho in 2008 and Steve Daley for £1.45m in 1979 are our only two entries.
The transfer market is becoming stupid. There should be a salary and transfer cap to encourage players to stay, teams to build with what they have etc

I don't agree. Pam is perfectly entitled to air her views, as are we all. Taking the piss out of the sad twats on dead cafe is good fun, and personally I like to read them.nijinsky's fetlocks said:Pam said:
Jesus Christ Pam - why do you keep going on Rag Cafe just to find something to be angry about?
We know they are halfwits - we know that they hate us - what's the fucking point of logging in just to prove that again, and again, and again?
You're obsessed with hating them - so do the rest of us, but you are making a career out of it, and it's getting a bit boring now.
BigOscar said:No, too slow to play leftback, not up to much at centerback and not much above an average central midfielder. I hope they sign him, but with Rojo signed already it would be an odd decision.oman0115 said:Now Vidal & Blind according to Rag Goldstein. Is Blind that good? I've seen a few games for Ajax and I'm not sure he's world class. The way they're panicking indicates to me no top 4 would be an absolute disaster for them.

Jimmy Floyd Hasslebaink was on TV the other day and he came up with the same observation. Blind is too slow to play full back or centre half. The only position he could get away with in the premier league is midfield.
