If Sporting refuses to pay Doyen's share as reported, I doubt it has any implication on the permit as its between Sporting and Doyen. The money has been paid out. But im just speculating as I kfa about how these things work.
Though if this work permit is indeed delayed because of this row, I can see their hand being forced to loan him out to another country at least until the permit is sorted.
I have a feeling we bid our time with Mangala just so 3rd party complexities such as this do not trouble us.
