Basically: "United will still have a youth policy... oh, and plan to spend another £50m or more on top international players in January."

Somehow despite neither having a work permit or full ownership, the mirror reckon they've registered him;

Sorry to disappoint, but any club could have done this. No rules have been broken. Having a work permit isn't part of the registration process.

Haven't visa requirements been ignored? The same requirements that stopped us signing McDonald Mariga (I think) a few years ago?
