Can we have some fun with this: not sure if I can mention the name, but I picked up my paper earlier and the back page had one of those articles with just a couple of paragraphs and you had to turn to page 71 to finish it. As I was in the queue I ended up finishing it myself and I bet people on here will be even funnier.

It was about Man Utd. offering Phil Jones a bumper new deal and the key phrase was:

"The Old Trafford outfit are anxious to tie down their young stars for fear of them.....

sleeping with the managers daughters" (was the best I could come up with).

roll on Sunday it will be bloody terrific if Sunderland can do a job on them, rag cafe will probably shut down for the week as they sink the their new depth

I hope rag cafe does NOT shut down for a week, I like to go on there now and again and stir things up mischievously!

As an example, recently a thread started: what 3 things do we want to see before the transfer window closes? and it was all Di Maria, Vidal, etc etc. I added this:

1. Utd 1: Swansea 2 (tick)
2. Sunderland 2: Utd 0
3. Burnley 2: Utd 1

Nothing to worry about lads

From Sky Sports Transfer Centre this morning

There are plenty of interesting stories in today’s newspapers, with The Sun reporting that Manchester United are set to offer Phil Jones a bumper new £19.5million contract. Jones has two years left on his current deal but it is said that United are anxious to tie down their young stars for fear of them being tempted away.

Not a frequent poster and this may be completely off topic, but I feel the need to share that I've finally realised exactly what van gaal reminds me of. Been bugging me for a while and I've got it and have been pissing myself since - all I see now is that evil cockatoo off the Rio movies.

please tell me i'm not imagining the similarities [/size]

Nah, he looks like a turtle's head of the poo variety.
