Kits - City. Anything else, they can as well. That's why GPC and TT always have it on their jackets.

Regarding the penalty decision - there is a difference between a shoulder charge and a push. The ref knew this. It was like Vinnie's last season, Rafael thought "If the ref isn't going to blow for that, I'll do this." and got punished for it.
