Last min disallowed WH goal.

Correct decision but very, very close. Flag doesn't tend to go up for these sorts of goals

That looks offside, but if you alter the perspective so the camera is perfectly in line with the defensive line, I'm almost certain it would be proven onside.

are you mental? Even with my pair of blue-tinted specs on that is absolutely, clearly, offside.

Not 'clearly' in real time. I wonder if Hull had done similar it would have been ruled out

Well obviously not 'clearly' in real time, just now we can look at the image. When it went in I thought he was on, I was going mental. But after seeing the footage, he is clearly offside; to claim he may still be on is just deluded.

It's all the agenda doing you know!

It may be still a bit too early to call, but do people still think the rags are a shoe-in for a CL spot this season?

I still think no way, even with the world class galacticos they've bought. It was surprising how many got sucked in after the QPR cup!

I know MOTD called it offside, but to me that was onside

Level is onside. Of course is you want to be clever, nothing is level. A picometre is offside.

I was referring more to the perspective. Obviously on the picture Nolan is further forward but my opinion was if you alter the camera to place it in line the situation would probably be slightly different. More mathematical than delusional ;)

Thought it would only be a 1 game ban? Or was it violent conduct?
It was violent conduct.

<a class="postlink" href="http://www.bbc.co.uk/sport/0/football/29289922" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false;">http://www.bbc.co.uk/sport/0/football/29289922</a>

He'll miss games against Everton, WBA and Chelsea

Not necessarily a bad thing for them. Means he doesn't have to worry about which mercenary (sorry, galactico) to drop.
It's even funnier because for us, 3 games is a week, for the rags it's almost a month. He'll be going stir crazy and fattening up on pies and grannies.
