Anyone wants to buy them for $3bl? (from dailymail)

Manchester United owners, the Glazers, could be gearing up for the potential sale of the club within two years for up to $3billion.

Sources in Florida say there has been wrangling within the family over the future of the club since the death of Malcolm earlier this year.

I understand that some within the family feel the time to optimise their investment in the club is drawing close.

Last year the club announced record revenues but the future is not so certain given failure on the pitch last season.

The huge spend on new players - with more to come - will make a dent in profits over the next year.

And given the massive loans the Glazers have out then a predicted rise in US interest rates could have further impact.
Oh fuck. We'd better have a whip round lads.
I would like the sheik to buy them, and slowly but surely sink them.

I don't want a fire sale of their best players, sell two of the best players and just don't replace them, make it a 35 year decline.dont paint the ground ,don't change a light bulb, dont do anything, grind them down so nobody is interested in buying and trying to build them back up.

after 35 years sell ot,then buy some playing field in Salford and let the fuckers play there, then just and the club look on its knee, smash the fucker over the head with a sledge hammer and bury the fucker for ever.

Rooney's past his best now and how he can say that he's got his best years to come is ridiculous. One thing I would say though is that he's still capable of the odd flash of brilliance and we mustn't underestimate the shredded wheat head, especially on derby day. I'm sure Vinny won't.

More in hope than expectation.

That's the plan. So, whip round? By my maths if we can get 100,000 blues to contribute 30,000 each, we can buy them, sink them and make a healthy fucking profit from their misery!

Man Utd's proposal to introduce rear shirt sponsors has reportedly been rejected by all other PL clubs: http://bit.ly/1sANdVe

The problem is that if they are put up for sale there will be no shortage of rich buyer’s queuing up to buy them.
I'm hoping Kim Jong-Un has a dabble.

I agree. This one seems to have a bit about him.

no coincidence he's a manc rag.

Funny how we always get an influx of rags prior to Derby day...
And then they either hang around like a bad smell if they win or dissappear without a trace if we batter them...
So all you lurking rags on here, either grow a pair or fuck off and do your homework..
And this latest rag, is he GDM in disguise again?
We shall see... :)

Surely the Red Knights have £3 billion knocking about.
