He says, "Go out and buy a top class CB in January to slot in and sort out their defence"

What top class CB is going to want to join a team with very little hope of CL qualification?
What top class CB is going to want to join a team with so many defensive frailties?
What top class CB is going to want to join a team in free fall?

This is the beginning of the end for United.
This is the season when United start to slowly die a long and painful death.

Lot of people said the same about Di Maria to be fair, and Silva, Toure, etc.

I don't think they have very little hope of CL qualification at all. Look at the likely contenders for 3rd and 4th place. Arsenal, Liverpool, Spurs, Southampton at a serious push. Southampton are the only ones so far who have been punching above their weight and they will fade, the rest have been mediocre to poor. Of all the sides Arsenal are best placed to finish the highest - They have the most balanced and settled squad with the best players. Liverpool have a massive Suarez shaped hole, Europe, and a manager who is rapidly running out of catchphrases. Spurs are Spurs.

United pretty much have to manage to be a little better than average for the season, which considering the injuries they've had and all the new players trying to settle, you'd have to imagine them doing, if only to scrape 4th eventually by a string of dodgy refereeing decisions and Di Maria wonder goals.

No team with money will ever struggle to buy good players, no matter whether they are in the CL or not. Almost every other league in the world pays peanuts compared to even midtable premier league teams, let alone the club who throw £300k a week around. But as long as they have people like Edwah WooWaah in charge, we'll be fine

Sick of hearing about their defence and how the team is unbalanced

They spent £47 million on their defence in the summer

Shhhhhhh. They spent nothing, they are all home grown talents and don't you dare suggest that the genius in charge is just a long ball merchant!

Should be an interesting battle between Di Maria and Zabba, both will know each other inside out from being in the same national team.

I know you never know in Derby matches but we should rip them a new a**ehole. Watching them at close quarters tonight and I believe they have a very soft under belly , they have dangerous individuals but collectively they all over the show. Neville always bangs the drum about title winning teams having Pace and Power throughout the teams such as Us and Chelsea. United are lacking that and we should blitz them if we bring our A game to the table. Not to mention our players have the know how and desire to win a Manchester derby. Some of there players hopefully will get a culture shock.

The first goal last night showed how we can use Di Maria against them - get him to defend. We should exploit that, sending Zabs overlapping again and again, with Fernando covering that side of the pitch should the move breakdown.

I genuinley enjoy the videos that blues post on here of his rants. He's everything you expect from their fans. Glory hunter not from Manchester, doesn't go to games and can't take whats happening to his bandwagon. Its like he's documenting their downfall, love it.

I liked his "we should be steam rollering teams like west brom" - Typical Rag arrogance.

Assuming he actually is a rag.....

De gea 18 million, Jones 18 million, Smalling 10 million, Shaw 27 million, Rojo 16 million = 89 million

Hart 1 mill, Zabs 6 mill, Kompany 8 mill, Kolorov 16 million, Mangala 32 million = 63 million (may be a little out on figures but not by a huge amount I think).

Just shows how much they have spent on that defence

Yes, but they "earned" that money the right way.
