Do utd win the league today if they beat Hull?
Remember the headline "We're back" when the won the QPR trophy 4-0..
Am just readying myself for the wankfest to follow if they get a result...

Fancy Hull to get something today.

Apparently James Wilson will start for the Rags as, according to Giggsy Wiggsy, it's in their DNA to give youngsters a chance (insert Giggs joke here).

No you are getting mixed up - that result won them the league a win at Hull makes them Champions League winners

To be fair, our form has been a lot more consistent since the transfer window closed. The first 3 games were a nightmare, to only walk away with 2 points from Swansea, Sunderland & Burnley was poor.

Think we're a bit more settled at this stage of the season then we were in those first few games and our OT form has been good. Also, surely you'd agree Hull and Stoke at home are relatively simple?

Then again, Stoke have had some good away wins, haven't they? :P

No, your ''form'' hasn't been ''more consistent since the transfer window''... you're still playing just as shit as you have done all this season and last season, the only thing that's changed is your keeper is playing exceptionally well and that good old flukey rag luck is starting to creep back in, Palace and Arsenal both deserved something from your last 2 games.[/quote]

I'm not quite sure how palace deserved something out of the game? Arsenal, yes. Palace no.

A win is a win, City didn't exactly deserve to beat Bayern or Swansea did they, but you're not going to complain about that, are you?

We have to win our next 2 home games against Hull and Stoke. After the win against Arsenal last week, we've got a good chance to gain some momentum, confidence and hopefully extend our lead over our other challengers for top 4.
Welcome to Bluemoon.

Thanks bud!

About as much chance of that happening as there is of Holly Willoughby sitting on my face.

Hull will get a beating today.
Hull have won just once in 11 league games since the opening day of the season (D5, L5).
They have lost their last three league matches and only scored one goal in their last four.

And Bruce has spent quite a bit I think also.

Youngsters are only getting games due to their appalling transfer strategy and a few injuries. Once players back and more money skunked they will all be at other clubs in no time

To be honest, any United fan who thought we would win the league must have been kidding themselves. Finishing top 4 this season has always been the aim, Chelsea, City and Arsenal all had better squads then us at the start of the season.

I always believed it was a straight shot between us and Liverpool for 4th spot. So no, winning 4-0 today won't mean we will win the league.

Totally missed the point but nevermind....
Are you going today and are you from Salford?
