Every one of those saves today was straight at him. Even the one that hit the bar which looked spectacular but on second viewing he should have done better than merely tip it onto the crossbar

I'm not sure about that. It was well hit but yes, just like all the others, they were very poorly targeted and straight at the keeper. He is a decent keeper though.

By hook or by crook, they keep winning and unbelievably are just 5 pts behind us, They could easily do what Liverpool did last season and go on a long extended winning run.
I don't think they will win it but it could easily become a 3 horse race if they keep winning.

It is a 3 horse race already as when we were 8 point behind, lots were saying we were still in it so by that definition so are they.

I think we missed a trick when we played them. We should have buried the fuckers but they caught us when we weren't playing that great and that last 15 mins when they could have sneaked a draw has seemingly given them the confidence to start winning games. If they win when they play shit,they can only get better and with no Europe to play it's not out of the question, albeit t unlikely.

People keep saying how shite they are but they're winning games, when we don't play well but still win we aay it's the sign of champions, they are unfortunately title challenger imo. Only 5 points behind us and we have no fit striker at the most busiest time of the season.

It's 'only' 5 points because we haven't played that many games. It will be double figures by the time we play Sheff Wed in the cup

They concede too many chances to be title challengers

Daily Mail rated van Gaal with 9 and wrote he did everything spot on again despite Liverpool having 6 sitters that De Gea saved + 2 free headers. De Gea got 8.5 for that.

On some other day and some other team than these jammy bastards and they would be battered today, Liverpool were overall far better team.

Small but significant fact, Manure have played 9 home games and only 7 away. From the 7 away games they have only won 2, both day light robberies aka Arsenal and Southampton.

Their nowhere near title contenders.
