Credit where it's due both Ashley Young and the United Manager have said the sending off was a bad call from the Ref.
They wouldn't be saying that if he'd stayed on and scored though.
And yes, I'm well aware he probably wouldn't have scored as Villa are contractually obliged to roll over when the rags come to town.

I really hope those vile c**ts don't get Bale. Would propel them to genuine title challengers next season, and he's exactly the player we could do with - if we're after Reus for that role, Bale is a far better player than him and obviously familiar with this league. Would be a fucking shitter if he goes to the swamp.
I would laugh for a week if they signed Bale, a blind man on a galloping horse can see were they need to strengthen so spending more on their attack will mean less spent on were they need to strengthen

I'm hoping that radical failure plays six more games and scores three more goals, so that the rags are obliged to buy the crock, if reports ate to be believed.

That will certainly restrict their ability to spend on defenders, especially if he breaks down just after the deal is done and they have to find a replacement for him.

more importantly, it will make any gain from their new sponsorship null for the coming season

They still wanna be like us
I may be in the minority but I don't see what's wrong with what he said, we struggled in the first half then once we regrouped at half time we came out and blitzed Palace. He's saying that they were 1-0 down at half time and he still wanted to win the game.

Nothing to see.

my take away from this is that the trafford lot is obsessed with us. first ginger, now turtle. what is he doing watching our game minutes before his team's game?

He doesn't take the warm up as far as I know so he may as well watch it, Fergiescum used to enjoy a glass of wine and watch the horse racing until 5 minutes before kick off.

Agreed and fair play to the Turtle. Mason is the culprit again. Shouldn't be allowed anywhere near a football pitch at any level!
We have had some shocking decisions from that buffoon, a self confessed Scum fan from Bolton.

Trouble is the bastard passes himself as a Bolton fan with the FA, which (disgracefully) then allows him to take charge of both United and City games. Same goes for that other rag Anthony Taylor, who pretends to support Altrincham
We were having this discussion at the match yesterday. The problem is (from the ref's point of view) is that if you declare yourself as a rag then you won't only not be reffing their games but also ours & Liverpool's as well. And maybe even any game involving a title contender, due to the fact that there shouldn't be a conflict of interest. And if you can't referee those games then how are you going to get noticed and advance your career?

The problem is with the FA County Associations. Merseyside has just one, so Chris Foy lives in St Helens and is a member of the Merseyside FA. Yet Taylor lives in a Manchester suburb and is a member of the Cheshire FA while Mason lives in Bolton and is a member of the Lancashire FA. That means both can referee games involving us and the rags. It's utter nonsense.

Mike Dean lives on the Wirral, which most would see as part of Merseyside, and is a member of the cheshire FA. However I believe he has voluntarily ruled himself out of Liverpool/Everton games. Be nice to see Mason & Taylor do the same for City/United games.

Well, as a football manager he might like watching attractive, attacking football played by entertaining players. He doesn't get much opportunity at work.

Re: The Dog & Duck Pub Team (aka United) Thread 2014/15

So after winning the title last weekend bale is off to the scum <a class="postlink" href="http://www.express.co.uk/sport/football" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false;">http://www.express.co.uk/sport/football</a> ... ter-United

Perez, Gaitan and Strootman want in after the heroic point against Villa <a class="postlink" href="http://www.dailystar.co.uk/sport/footba" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false;">http://www.dailystar.co.uk/sport/footba</a> ... ews-triple

...and after the 3-0 draw at Palace we are missing out on Sneijder <a class="postlink" href="http://www.mirror.co.uk/sport/football/" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false;">http://www.mirror.co.uk/sport/football/</a> ... ng-4851138?

PMSL - desperate wankers.
