Yes Ajax are around 10points higher in the rankings according to Kassies site which is usually accurate.

Well, the 15 teams I've listed, and the 5 3rd round ties I've mentioned, are all 100% correct. It's open to interpretation which side you believe will win each of the 5 3rd round ties, and no doubt there will be an "upset" in one of them.

Yeah, just found that site to check!

So, if all ties go with the "favourite" the 5 unseeded knockout round sides will be:-

Club Brugge
Sporting Lisbon
Lazio
CSKA Moscow
Monaco

Couple of tricky ties in there, Lazio and Monaco won't be easy. Moscow too isn't a push over. United would take, and will probably be given, either of Brugge or Lisbon if offered right now.

7th August. They've not even finished the 2nd round yet, on the champions side of the draw!

Well, 7th August is when they draw the knockout round, and we see who United get. The Group Stage draw, where City come in, is on 27th August.
