lets hope it wasn't like the last game, wasn't much of the above in that game

AW don't remind me haha, only the first one was happening but Sterling and KDB bring about solidity and a fear factor that Won't go missing on top of the already fearful and pumped up lot we have. Plus Kompany looks dominant again and Yaya looks interested, whole different ball game :D

back then we were on an indifferent run of 2 wins in 8 culminating in that shocker at old toilet. we are a different animal now as you say

"Their United thread in 2 and a hlaf months has over 9,000 posts. This thread close to 8,000 posts in 5 and a half years"

Says the clown who has just made 4 posts in that thread in the space of 8 minutes. Jesus wept - does that **** not do irony?
Also as far as I'm aware not just anyone can post in United's forums, you're confined to the "Newbie" forum for a long time? Meaning the majority of the people on their forum won't be able to post even if they want to, and even more significantly rival fans can't go on there and post on those topics - therefore removing any long winded debates. Anyone can just come on this & start an argument that drags a few more pages out. So of course there is going to be more posts on here.

Add to that the fact that these topics are majority filled with just laughing at the other team, what have they got to laugh about? There's not much they can point to that makes City look bad, and they're not exactly going to start discussing how good we are are they? Whereas they're pretty awful so there's plenty to discuss on here at the moment.

Common sense & logic often goes out the window over there.

Thank goodness for that 2nd half on Saturday. The history boys nearly broke football. Sky would've cancelled it. We'd all be watching WWE.

+ They still needed some shocking calls from the officials which led to 2 of their offside goals to beat us on the day

I wonder how many rags will want us to beat Juventus tonight and how many of us want to see rags beat PSV tomorrow in the spirit of England v Europe. I will hazard a guess 0, none, zero, fuck all. In fact I am positive enough to say the exact opposite and that rivalry is probably the main cause this thread will run to an astronomical amount of posts.

They are always scum dwellers from the swamp.

Can we not rid ourselves of this thread? Or at least start it again, I can't bear the thought that we will soon have a 1000 page thread dedicated to them, it's a bit cringeworthy imo

Just had a guy round the house to do the gas electric testing. Irish rag who's cancelled his season ticket cos the football's so shite to watch. I went easy on him, poor sod.

The other season when it was a choice between Liverpool winning the league and City. 99% of United fans wanted City to win. I was in a pub when you played them at Anfield and United fans were cheering City goals. I also recall the other season when Chelsea were playing Bayern Munich in the CL final and I wanted Chelsea to wipe the smug grins from Rummenigge and co. A big whoop when Drogba scored.
