In their last 10 games they have scored just 6 times (compared to our 28) and if you extrapolate that it is 23 over a full season.

Of those 6 goals, 1 was a penalty and 1 was an own goal.

And all this following the Churchillesque rousing "we go for second place!" Masterclass.

Martial's decent, could be a very good player but they need someone who will make an impact straight away, bit part player this season.

Exactly. He is only a year older than our very own Thierry Ambrose. I rate Ambrose as a tremendous prospect. But at that age that is what he is - a very good prospect. I would put Martial in the same category. He is a kid who would still be eligible to play in the Juniors. If this doesn't smack of desperation then I don't know what does!
