Just saw this on rag cafe

Night kids. Here's a bedtime nightmare: Rooney is contracted to June 2019 at £300,000 per week. 201 more weeks and £60,300,000 in wages.

Bwhahahahahahahahaha !

The best thing about Rooney getting that mammoth deal and completely fucking the rags over, is that it was the threat of joining City that made them crumble and give in to his ridiculous demands.
The loons on the caf think it was Moyes fault. Not a chance in hell they give Moyes the power to offer Rooney that sort of wedge. He will have said he wanted him and Woodward did the rest. Some of them are already trying to rewrite history by claiming the gpc wanted rid of Rooney and it's all Moyes fault that he's there.
It will be funny as fuck if he's sat on the bench next year, looking like a balding Michael Johnson. Grinning merrily as he earns another £300K for the week by being a fat useless ****.

Getting funnier by the day. Sending the idiot abroad to gain air miles, LVG's philoshophee having his players grind like fuck when they don't have the ball whilst having no creativity, inventiveness or discernible plan when they have it and listening to talkshite while driving, the presenters were droning on about an acquisition of Neymar with a commendable lack of irony in their tone or being reduced to spontaneous fits of laughter about a player of that standard joining that sack of shit.

The difference between our performances on/off the pitch is really getting to them now.
A rag I work with was so defensive today. When I just asked him who I thought they would sign before window shuts he flipped his wig.
Didn't want to discuss anything football related and before he stormed off gave me a 5 second history lesson and claims Aguero goes missing against Barcelona.
The air reaked of soiled undies and fear from him.

i watch the united game vs newcastle and was it only me that seen a lot of empty seats around the ground must i get a new tv or is my smart hdtv still ok I did see btsport say they have ultra hd channel now

The one thing that would really damage Utd now which most Utd fans dream of happening is if Ronaldo went to Utd. Unlikely to happen I know.

I watched the two La Liga games yesterday: Barcelona has a real dogfight to beat Athletic Bilbao away 1-0. Messi was brilliant at times, but they did not control the game like they usually do, and Real Madrid were held 0-0 at Sporting Gijon. In the last 30 minutes Real Madrid started to really dominate but Ronaldo was really ineffective. It struck me that if Bale, James etc could play in their usual roles, and Real Madrid had a different forward to Ronaldo they'd have won that game comfortably. I am sure he will continue to score a lot of goals at Real Madrid as he is the centre-piece of their team around which their play revolves and they are still a dominant team, but his crown is definitely slipping and in my book they'd be better off selling him. They must know that now. If Utd really are firing out huge bids for Galatico players then don't rule this out. It's probably 12 months too early, but this is a player who in my opinion is now inhibiting Real Madrid.

if he went to Utd it would financially stretch Utd and offer nowhere near as much as he has given Real Madrid in former years.

It's only one game, but watch out for a decline in Real Madrid this season

Banner headline on $$N this morning. The Rags are looking to sign Bale although no formal approach as yet. FFS, that's like me saying I am trying to bang that fit newsreader but I haven't left my back room yet.

Perhaps a bit too early to be talking of a decline, but I said to a rag a few weeks ago that they'd be insane to take him back at this stage (or more likely in 12 months). The figures involved for a soon-to-be 31 year old would be astronomical and while he'd help them secure 4th, I don't think he alone would improve that team enough for them to become title challengers. They have far more pressing concerns than the need to secure a "galactico" but long may this weird fascination of theirs continue.

I thought Ronaldo struggled to make an impact against the big teams last season eg Champions League games against Juve whilst Real Madrid's dominance against weaker teams allowed him to plunder goals against cannon-fodder, but it was noticeable yesterday that he struggled to have much influence against a team that Real Madrid would have been expected to beat. Only 1 game I know, but I thought he was going last season.

I know he's not that old, but this is a player who relies an awful lot on his acceleration and power. If he loses a little bit of that he suddenly becomes human.

He'll probably also have a clause in his contract that nobody gets paid more than him. If the scum do manage to sign an aging galactico he'll most likely get a pay rise ...
