I cannot ever think of a better time for the rags to appoint Jose Mourinho from our point of view and i would think Khaldoon and our board will have been laughing all week at the goings on over the road in the sacking of LVG and now the appointment of a man at least two 'football board' members at OT have publicly slated in he past. Meanwhile we quietly get on with our business and the prelims of moving in our new boss and his backroom staff, along with the quiet pursuit of his transfer targets, all brilliant business with the media preoccupied with camping out at Carrington, OT and Mourinho Towers. With luck this will be a constant during his reign which is bound to end in tears yet again, with some other hopeful (possibly Giggs) left to pick up the remains then be sacrificed and humilated. Should be an interesting fixture at Chelsea for the next few seasons, or however long he stays.
All this will allow Pep more space, Jose loves the press and until he turns on them again they will love him. Likewise the fans, who will spend the whole summer saying what they are going to do and the whole winter realising who got the worlds best manager...
The circus is back in Trafford...enjoy and roll on August!

Peggy mou will be gutted when he finds out there aren't as many Matalans in Manchester as there are in London.

Mourinho has identified his first transfer target ....40m bid.

Oh my life there will be a huge media love in. Can't wait to hear all the shite:

1. This being the one and only club he's wanted to manage.
2. Biggest club in the world.
3. He had loads of other offers, but as soon as he heard about the Rag interest he wouldn't even consider any other job.
4. He definitely was not approached before van Gaal was dismissed.
5. He will not be playing mind games, as that's not the United way.
6. Rashford has a place in his team, as he has always depended on youth players.

He will once again become the lovable rogue type figure the media love. He will not be arrogant and self centred, he will be erudite, he will be effusive, he will be enchanting. His football will not be dull and he won't park the bus, it will be innovative defensive play, it will be counter attacking, it will be dynamic and a breath of fresh air at the Theatre of Dreams. He will bring back the good times, he will bring back the 'United Way', he will look up to, and emulate Ferguson, he will wrap himself in the history and the traditions of the club.......

Basically, a big, big, big media wankfest.

Rags fans seem to think that Peg will bring the winning mentality back.
They obviously don't appreciate the spelling difference between winning and 'WHINING'!
