I've brought this up over the Luiz sale... their owner is loaded like ours, so why do they get over the asking price whist clubs think they can have us over???

My initial thought was Abramovich was providing the buying club with an extra £20m-£30m, which then gets given back to Chelsea and helps them avoid FFP.
