The funny thing is +5 and -5 on the goal differences of each team (+10 to City) is 2 more than the difference between the two sides at the very end of the season. And the rags say it didn't really matter at the end of the season..

Delusion is out in force again on the Caf, in a discussion about Blind being up for transfer the subject of wages has come up and there are people on there who believe that the Rags defenders are only on around £60k-£70k per week with the possible exception of Young and Valencia.

I know the family of a rag youth team player who was called into the squad for a cup game ( Europa I think) who sat on the bench but didn't see any game time, a relative was saying how he got £28k just for being called up for the one game. This came up as they were very cautious with the boy and were saying how he wasn't to fritter it away and how they we pushing him to get a nest egg secured before believing he had made the big time.

James Wilson is on 25k a week. Think he has only played once or twice.

You say that, but we could have scored three or four against united at the end of the season if we’d needed to. They were spent after that Everton result. We were so in control in that game.
