At least for Everton he went missing only in the big games. The lad has been missing for a full month now.

Mourinho doesn't look like he's enjoyed a game of football in a long time. Even managers fighting relegation take a bit of joy where they can get it. That failure at Chelsea second time round must have really gotten under his skin.
