There’s simply no need for any top striker to be that big. Strength is important for a striker, but ultimately it’s how they move off the ball that more defines their greatness.

Completely agree mate, personally I think its 1 of 2 things.

1) weak character. He's bored of the training regime and football that's on offer at Utd and is doing his own thing. Either eating too much or overloading in the gym ie Micah.

2) mourinhos staff tried turning him into a player like drogba. Big, strong, muscular who is a focal point. Heading and bringing down the ball bringing others into play and being a nightmare in the box.

Either way it's a shame. At 16 I wanted him at city. His strengths are running in behind, arriving late but with his new body shape he is just a shit heskey because his heading isn't all that. Martial is going backwards and rashford hasn't learnt anything while mourinho has been there. He just runs really fast most of the time out of play or into corners or hits the ball as hard as he can. Yes he scores a good goal now and again but with control like sterling has gained he would be prolific.
