I reckon it was Tolmie ably supported by the rest of us in the "It's quiet..." thread.

The SSN segment was better, the 'best keeper in the world' part was illustrated by him stopping* a shot that was hit straight at him. They really are turning into the history boys of the league, just heard a section on talksport about them being in talks with DeGea over a new contract, they then put on a recording of their managers views. Usual shit that you would expect along the lines of points he has saved, how valued he is and how in his opinion he is the best keeper in the world. And then he ends with the comment " Just as Peter was when he played here".
I have noticed this now, he seems unable to answer anything without referencing his time under the GPC.
I understand they have this bullshit notion about the U*****D way but fuck me this must be wearing thin with the players.
Just looked at the City thread on ragcafe. One of them suggested that puma gear is shit and a poor man's nike.
What the fuck are Chevrolet then???

*sniff*Puma is not as good as nike. I agree with the rag.
In the case of CFG, Puma are clearly better than Nike. And for CFG, only their opinion matters, not if someone's shirt isn't loosen enough or strong enough to stand up to hours of leaning against a bar and downing pints :)Puma is not as good as nike. I agree with the rag.

Its a despicable action likely to incite violence, publicly showing that such behaviour will not be tolerated, and will be immediately dealt with, might just prevent any future escalation and any other ****s thinking it's a good idea.Police investigating a Palace fan mocking the Munich air disaster.

Now I'm big enough to admit singing about it in the early 80's etc and would have words with anyone doing the same thing now. Older and wiser and all that....
So it is disappointing to hear of a Palace fan doing it - but getting the police involved? Really? Don't they have far much more worthy activities to go after than this?
