Tend to agree, thats why woowar is still in a job. The glaziers are happy while the sponsorship money is coming in. Feel that they have very little margins due to their wage structure and are desperate for champions league money.For the rags, this would not be possible. They have to stay relevant because that is where their money comes from, TV, advertising, sponsorship etc. This income only continues if they keep there or there about hence the quick fix every year.
They need someone like Mancini to sort them out.
Someone who will come in and not be afraid to change it after 15 mins. Not be afraid to sell the players, not be afraid to grab there star player by the throat and throw him off the training ground.
Other than that I don't see how they can fix there issues because with Woodward there they simply don't have the people at the club with the capability and the knowhow to rebilled the club correctly. In fact, without a serious change in structure and personel I can only see it getting worse for them.
We have benefited from our chairman starting from scratch and laying the correct foundations.
The funny thing is I still think Fred would have made a good player here.Judging from MotD 2 last night, Fred and Pogbad have to be the very worst ever buys in the history of the Prem (and the rags have certainly done that umpteen times over the years).
It seemed that Pogbad's only positive contribution was one pass throughout the entire game. For the rest of it he just looked like he didn't give a fuck one way or another. Fair enough, the whole team looked totally disinterested, but he was so lethargic and indifferent to what was happening around him I wondered why he didn't just stroll off the pitch, call a cab and fuck off home.
And just what Fred was supposed to be doing I have absolutely no idea. If the rags had paid all those millions just to have him get in the way all the time and contribute fuck all I'd say it was money well spent. Utterly shambolic.
It made me laugh the amount of times the cameras panned to the rag dug-out and you saw Rent Boy sitting there, looking totally bewildered and confused by what he was seeing.

Summer is going to be really funny. The rags trying to get players to play for them. Who, in their right mind if you had other options, would go to a team who are 6th, with a manager with absolutely no pedigree and looking like they have no idea how to improve? We could at least say to players, look at what we are building and you could be part of that. They will have nothing.
