In all seriousness, what's the major issue here?
Because it's either he's sending them out with awful instructions, or they're not following them.

And I actually think it's the latter. For starters, he's got too much of a successful track record to suggest he's tactically inept.
But then, the crazy amount of individual errors they make, and the constant attitude they have makes me actually think the players are the problem. Mourinho is at fault here for recruiting and not motivating them, but the players need to take a lot of the blame here.

You're getting a bit mixed up there. He's sending them out with awful instructions AND they ARE following them.

First game on MotD tonight, Dipper Women 0 rag women 1 !

I was sitting in Blue Car Park after the game and they were talking to Lakey about our win and then they flitted across town to some Ragamuffin with the byline that this was MANUre women's first game and they were winning! Our women kicked off at 2pm and by that time had near finished but there wasn't a breath of what the result was. When you consider the likes of the teams in Div 2 of the Women's game none of them ever got this kind of coverage. If MANUre had a tiddlywinks team the same would happen. The BBC can't help themselves. I think it's in the BBC charter that they must spread shite to the four corners.

Let me see if I can help by asking:
1) Do I give a f#$%?
2) Do I have any sympathy whatsoever??

I suspect you're right with the player problem, but after yet another dig at us this week I hope it crashes and burns round him.

Hey ho

Maybe, but do you really think the likes of Pogba and Sanchez and Martial and all the others have anywhere enough discipline to follow instructions? They've had form for this elsewhere.

Maybe some are following his instructions that are awful like Lingard, but all the actual quality players are just doing their own thing.

Oh well.

Haha, true!

Not sure mate. As long as whatever it is it continues for a long long time, our lives are very much enhanced by it.
There's part of me that thinks Mourinho's the duct tape over the leaky pipe. Letting him go might cause all the internal mayhem to burst out.

Shamelessly stolen from Reddit,

Genius breakdown and absolutely tells the story as amusing at it has been abbreviated there to comic effect. Of course, he tosses players under the bus every year and even at United he has done that each & every season

Convinced they came to some sort of truce in terms of the media else the typical Mou would be spewing venom in Pep/City's direction at every opportunity, if not more. It's palpable to me, there was some sort of agreement to avoid going there because in every other way he is as toxic as ever, if not worse with age (not to be ageist here). Glazers won't fire until they've dropped out of the top 4 as others have astutely pointed out and Mou loves to collect that fat exit tax as he burns all the bridges in sight. So, I see him continuing to do what he does and perhaps even ignore the truce before they do drop out of top 4 and he leaves the Premiership for good.

Could be this season tbh. Liverpool are the closest competition to City and at least one of Chelsea/Spurs should be third leaving a host of possibilities to join the other in accelerating the inevitable. United aren't likely to sign any further if they believe they have a dead man walking either forcing Mou to reach for the panic button in more regular intervals than normal (Think the Chelsea experience Part Deux)

If Pogba & Pizza boy get their way, could happen even sooner
