That, my friend, is an exaggeration. The united squad, player for player, is very good. They need a leader. A man who united them to succeed. Mourinho is too argumentive to be the leader they need.
Remember when Zidane took over, Madrid where in a similar position. Rafa was not getting on with the squad of players, especially Ronaldo.

If he'd just stuck to being Moyes and just pumped long balls to Fellaini, then they'd have been fine, but he clearly lacked the confidence to play to his strengths.
