It's not about who I'd call up it's about playing for the rags and immediately getting picked I'd still have Bertrand over Shaw.

Again it is where the logic goes out of the window. You want Bertrand in who also wasn't at the world cup, his team has lost twice and drew once. If you rate him higher than Shaw that is perfectly fine but don't used World Cup exclusion and teams results for one and not the other. I think Shaw has looked good even as daft as it sounds, even on Monday night too.

Delph or Young shouldn't be ahead of any actual left backs for me, no matter how well they performed and adapted last year. Delph hasn't had a look in this year and if it was a United player getting picked with no club game time we would all have kittens.

I'm not saying don't include Shaw because they've lost but he hasn't played enough until these first 3 games to be included ahead of Bertrand who should have gone to the world cup in front of Young. Anyway we're digressing.
England play out from the back, Delph proved himself the best option of that last season, so that's why i'd include him.
I've no issue with Shaw but feel if Bertrand was at a bigger club he'd be in front of him.

Depends on which version of this you read, there are articles (Guardian, written by Jamie who is a Rag so who knows) that imply Mou is indeed on board as well. Key will be the player really, why would he want to renew when he was trying to leave and apparently not valued by the current coach?
