The thing is, as fans we think in footballing terms. If you're Sanchez, you're 29 and have one more major contract in you, and someone offers £130million to finish off your top level football career, why wouldn't you take it? There's set for life and there's well and truly set for life. He's got another half century to take care of when he finishes playing.

Don't blame him in the slightest.

Think he has taken care of the money worries of half a century of life with nearly ten months of doing fuck all at the swamp. Long may it continue.

Can see why but it's always nice to have medals to look back on too, he's won just one national title in his time playing in Europe, if I'd his talent I'd regret not winning more.

Ask Alan shearer could have gone to the rags when they were cleaning up instead of 1, could of had a few plus f.a. cups etc

The saying "Never give a sucker an even break" comes to mind. Ed Woodward come on down.

the thing was sanchez took the money over winning silverware, and lets be fair here manchester city offer was not peanuts ?? and with the eithad campus training complex better than anything in england and the club going places and so many great players and why else would you turn it down over money, yes that right maybe he knew he was not good enough to play for manchester city and pep, the demands pep ask from you was why he took the (easy life) and not just the money

sanchez maybe only 29 but he is finished and the last could of years at arsenal he was coasting and looking to get away and took a easy way out of football at united, he knew there was no pressure on him to preform every week, his name would mean he plays every week when fit at united they sell shirts on the back of him playing so again he knows they need to keep him sweet with him being a money printer for the club

on looking back manchester city dodge a bullet and the 100 points and league cup and champions double would not have happened, arsenal in the league cup final would have been right up for it to prove a point and the league title maybe was in the bag anyway, but the 100 points and 106 goals would not have happened
