Same bloke who counted the 650 million worked this one out apparently.
Whenever l see these travel programmes in jungle and deserts, without electricity or even water l always feel sorry for them because according to that ridiculous claim one in ten of them is a rag. As if life has not been bad enough to them.......

We can and should take the piss but it's the way football is going that is turning many off.

I predict most grounds will look half empty soon.

The gooners looked half empty.......I guess its down the the football but I think the costs of going and the fact that VAR is pissing so many fans of. This season to most is finished as VAR has made sure the premiership gets the winners it wants.

One can only presume there was 10,000 locked out or they was all caught up in a traffic jam.

Clearly a typo. They get 73k every league game. It's impossible for them to get 63k in a league game as I think they have 62k season ticket holders.

Its 52k and yeah reckon is a typo regarding the attendance
BBC quoting same figure. as are soccerstats.com

That's quite a big typo to make.

Maybe theyve finally decided to stop with their bullcrap attendance figures.
...though it appears they've handed that crown to arsenal, who apparently had their usual 99.8-99.9 % full yesterday!

Some grounds. Don’t forget City WestHam Liverpool Spurs have all seen surges in attendances in recent years with new stands or new grounds. Some clubs are on the up, some on the way down, the way it always is. I think Liverpool will have a 70,000+ Anfield in the next decade and will be on about league title number 21/22. We will have a 60,000+ stadium and be on league title number 9/10.
