A couple of years back DeGea was a fax machine print out away from sealing a Real Madrid transfer. by all accounts it was his dream move and the raggies deliberately messed it up as they did not want him to leave. I am beginning to think that he is getting his revenge. Not enough mistakes to be dropped, just enough to fuck them over at important times. He knows that if he is dropped he cannot damage them so cannot deliberately mess up every week and wont do it, out of pride, in the big games, but Watford, Everton and others really seem to indicate it is a revenge mission.

The goal he let in yesterday was very similar to one conceded against Seville.

I also think being at a mid table club on mega money destroys any motivation a player might have. All he needs to do is go through the motions there - and that’s what he’s doing.

The fact the Rags won the "Barclays team performance of the week" because they managed to win the derby game put into perspective how far they have fallen , the Rags players can raise their game for 45 minutes against us , but when two struggling teams like Everton and Watford come to town they revert back to being absolutely shite , when they beat Spuds and ourselves apparently Ole had turned the corner , he's actually turned four corners in the same direction and ended up exactly where he started ,a mid table club with the highest wage bill in the league with no direction and no f*cking hope.

A less biased media would use the cliche
'He has always got a mistake in him'.

But we get 'the be6snt goalie the world' instead.

I mentioned midway through the game to my ERO that ever since the hullabaloo of his 'Real move' fell through he's deliberately turned into Massimo Taibi!

The thing with de Gea when I was watching him 'warm up' against us all the goalie coaches did were hit shots straight at him. I dont remember him doing any diving during his warm up. I said to my lad what a strange warm up .....than yesterday a shot straight at him and it goes through his hands lol
