Not sure it has been mentioned elsewhere but the Fail is reporting that moves are afoot to attempt to give "greater leeway to sign more foreign players after Brexit" to "Premier League clubs who give significant playing time to England qualified players".

Wonder which club that has been busy acquiring English players for extortionate fees has "proposed" this nonsense.
