Interview with Zaha and Obi Wan Bissaka was on TV towards the end of the season, featured the number of lads from South London / Croydon area who have recently made the grade as pro footballers.
Very clear to see how they are like a bunch of mates, hanging about together and acting as extended family.
Expecting to see Obi Wan struggle just as Zaha did.

I've been following this on Red Cafe. to be fair, I'd say a lot of them feel he isn't worth the money quoted. Then you have the few that say, well is plays for England and is a stater in United's team etc then you have the ones that simply do not believe the figures

No one is telling me he is worth anywhere near the figures quoted. Also, the idea that this is an investment is also rubbish because if eh has a good 18 months then he'll be banging on the door wanting a pay rise! If Jesus wanted anything like that money, he would be (rightly) told to hop-it

The rags have been unjustifiably inflating money in football for decades and yet they continue to get a free pass.I like Rashford,but to award him with such a deal is comical,no other club would have gotten close to those figures.

Once more, unless he starts producing Ronaldo-in-his-prime-level performances, he’s effectively just locked himself in to being at United for the foreseeable future, unless he is willing to take a massive wage cut, as no other club would be able to even entertain such a weekly outlay.
 
In 2 or 3 years time, Someone is going to get the United manager's job or directors job, and see De Gea (400k/week), Sanchez(400k/week), Rashford(200k/week), Martial (200k/week) Luke Shaw (150k/week) and by then probably Jones and Lingard on 150k/week+ too and just walk straight out the door.
