I have insufficient privileges to post on the Women’s thread, due to alleged sexism. But still amazed we have a separate thread named “women” which is catch all for this gender. Rant over I needed to highlight my disgust at Rags last night I have been a real fan of our team since it’s conception in fact I once started a thread specific to Steph but got removed as I was comparing her to being one of the clubs best ever captains along side Tony Book and Vinny, anyway I digress again.
Last night came as no surprise as the Rags within 2 years have destroyed the purity and sporting spectacle of our game which every team player and manager has established over the last 10 years or so.

players complaining to refs, dirty cynical tackles, side remarks, and the worst ever behaviour I’ve seen from a manager, that “woman” there you go I’ve said it, yes that “ woman” of a manager wants cutting out of our game, she’s the first sign of a cancer which will wreck the game.

you could almost predict this happening once the Rags gate crashed the party.

she also needs to be advised that the donning of a crombie is the reserve of the very elite in the game.... for which she ain’t

Good morning Blues ...has the Match Day Thread opened yet lol

A few hours yet. But I'm preparing the stock of "FFS!" "Fucking shit!" And "Why the fuck is (player) starting? He's shite."

the plastics aren't pleased with us over on the caf. page 44 of our thread . it's hilarious .
Laughed at this:
The fact that they spent 40m on ake and they don't need to ever use him shows how strong they are. Any manager would love to manage Man city, huge funds to back a manager every season is always a dream

at least someone pointed out he has been injured and someone else mentioned the 40 million they spent on that Van Bleek or what ever he is called, you know the 80 million player they got for 40.

And to be fair someone pointed out we have only spent 60 mill more than them since Pep arrived and look at the difference and they are badly run as Klopp said it was like Disney Land when the Rags spoke to him. Other posts are funny as fuck though, we haven’t played anyone strong, we have no top players in the world apart from KDB etc

"Become a joke now. Look at Everton, a very good team, absolutely shattered by 75 mins, while city have near half a billion on the bench and same as every week, pull away comfortably. Even pretending there's a level playing field anymore is embarrassing. Pundits going on that 'they never stop, they're relentless'. Why would they ever stop? Their team is fresh every single week"

"Its complete revisionism. They were very very ordinary again this evening and just completely wore Everton down. I don't think people grasp the difference it makes to have a stronger bench than most starting line ups and a fresh team every week."

"100%

Most players at most teams are performing way below peak. They're exhausted. City play a fresh core of team every week and patterns of games are the same. They actually should have had 4 in last 10 mins, Everton looked like playing on sand"

"In our game we looked absolutely shattered for last 15. Its so routine, watching guardiola now and you can tell even hes embarrassed trying to avoid the elephant in the room."

"Everton bench today: Tryer, Broahead, Onyango, John, Leban, Davies, Nkounkou, Davies, Keane

City: Ederson, Mahrez, De Bruyne, Aguero, Cancelo, Rodri, Torres, Mendy, Stones

Yeah, youre right, its not your problem. Its clearly Evertons failing to not compete."

"Its become embarrassing for English football. Forget United and their shit running, give city credit for spending 1.2 billion well. And then get on to discussing how Everton had any real chance of beating them. Or moenchengladbach or dortmund. They've essentially made one of 3 long standing domestic trophies absolutely useless 0."

"There's no contradiction here. He's bought and bought until he got it right. He's bought plenty of rubbish but it doesn't matter"

"Well he spent 200m+ on this

Ake
Angelino
Danilo
Mendy
Bravo
Nolito
Sane

That's off top of my head. Being able to piss away 200m helps your recruitment options"

Him on Sane being a flopped signing, someone questioned him his response

"Why did they sell him"

They thought we would be a one hit wonder but year on year we only get stronger.

The 7 stages of Rag/Dipper/Arse Grief:

The only problem for the supporters of these teams is that they are stuck between denial and anger. Hahahahahahahahaha :)
  • Shock and denial. This is a state of disbelief and numbed feelings.
  • Pain and guilt. ...
  • Anger and bargaining. ...
  • Depression. ...
  • The upward turn. ...
  • Reconstruction and working through. ...
  • Acceptance and hope.

Brendan Rodgers teams bottle big games , and i dont see this being any different , Rodgers can take a team to a certain level but they always find wanting in the crunch games , but i would be ecstatic if he proves me wrong tomorrow
i do think leicester will beat them tomo,if not it will be a pleasure to dismiss them in the semi's

If Vardy was scoring for fun i would agree , but he is doing a Sterling at the moment , out of form and cant it a barn door , would be hilarious if Iheancacho scored the winner though :)
