They're only 3 points behind us...

If they bin Ole promptly I wouldn't rule out a "challenge" as long as that means hanging around the top 2/3 until the last part of the season.
And as the media keep telling us they have a squad of "world-class" players so as soon as they sack Ole it will be business as usual. I suppose it depends on your definition of world-class.

I made a point of watching the highlights on MotD and at the end I had not heard Ronaldo's name mentioned once and I can't remember seeing any contribution he made. This is a truly disgraceful reflection on a player whose desserts were the talk of the press not so long ago and whose every touch of the ball was material foe endless replays on the TV with simpering comments about "the difference" he always makes. By then I was quizzing myself to think of any of their players who had actually raised a sweat and I couldn't name one - they jogged around, allowed players to run off them and never tracked back or followed runs. Leicester passed through them with heart warming regularity. United were absolutely useless out of possession and the only other time I have seen a team put no pressure on the ball at all was yesterday at St James Park. United don't play as a team, yesterday they didn't even reach the standard expected of a rabble. Is it OGS's fault? In part, but I think the problems run much deeper than that ... to Florida?

I would say the problems start with John Murtagh

As my daughter is isolating and I'll be taking on the role of teacher this week too, thought I'd sharpen up on my nursery rhymes and no better place to do that than the united thread.

This old man, he played one
Game in in six cos his legs had gone
With a nit nat paddy whack, Ronaldo's f***ing wank
But at least he's laughing all the way to the bank

Harry Maguire set up a wall
Harry Maguire forgot to tackle the ball
All the Albanian mafia and legal summons for his name
Couldn't get Harry to go to Greece again

Wee Willy Wio where do you wander
In and out of bathroom windows when the drug testers daunt ya

1, 2 , 3, 4, 5
United's title challenge is on the slide
6, 7, 8 , 9, 10
Looks like they're going to need var again

Right all set, this followed by the six one video for cultural appreciation :)
Just how old is your daughter?
"Now darling, I am going to teach you some old English. Put the following phrase into a sentence.....:fucking wank."

The Sir Rashford Of The Shires camp are unhappy at Oles comments about him having to concentrate on football.

How dare he :)
