Who replaces Ole though?

Who is out there at the mo, who is that step up they need?

I've never understood the Zidane hype as a manager, so he may get the respect from being an outstanding player, but tactically, could he get this lot firing? I don't think so.

They took a punt on Ole, if I was them I'd go for Graham Potter; far more tactically astute, but the owners bow to the demands of the fans and the 'old boys' club, which is hampering them big time.

Potter will go onto bigger and better things than Brighton. Like him a lot.
They would never do anything so sensible. They will go for someone with social media and marketing clout

Inserting a 15% sell-on clause for Jaded was one of the best pieces of business Manchester City Football Club has ever done, I reckon.

I don’t think you can judge Sancho just yet. That midfield behind him is unable to control a game so they lack structure and balance. If they had a decent midfield I think he would be a different player.

Long may they continue to paper over cracks. Outplayed for the majority of the game by the 11th best side in Spain.

Keeps Ole in the job for a bit longer, hopefully he gets at least the season, they'll win nothing of value under him.

Could see them finishing 3rd in their group, dropping into the Europa league and winning that, which is about their level.
