41 of the ferel fuckers have received sentences for getting game called off against murderpool in April 21,so can anyone tell me what punishment the Premier league has given them ?????
It's complicated. It is covered by the FA Handbook, which for 20/21 says:

FA Handbook 20/21

E20 Each Affiliated Association, Competition and Club shall be responsible for ensuring:

E20.1 that its directors, players, officials, employees, servants, representatives, spectators, and all persons purporting to be its supporters or followers, conduct themselves in an orderly fashion and refrain from any one or combination of the following: improper, violent, threatening, abusive, indecent, insulting or provocative words or behaviour, (including, without limitation, where any such conduct, words or behaviour includes a reference, whether express or implied, to any one or more of ethnic origin, colour, race, nationality, religion or belief, gender, gender reassignment, sexual orientation or disability) whilst attending at or taking part in a Match in which it is involved, whether on its own ground or elsewhere; and

E20.2 that no spectators or unauthorised persons are permitted to encroach onto the pitch area, save for reasons of crowd safety, or to throw missiles, bottles or other potentially harmful or dangerous objects at or on to the pitch.

Note that it says "whilst attending a match". The offences by United fans that caused this postponement were committed well before the match, and outside the ground, so they weren't covered by this FA rule. That's why United weren't punished by the FA for this incident.

The FA changed their handbook for 21/22 to include a completely separate section relating to spectators:

FA Handbook 21/22

Supporter behaviour

E21 A Club must ensure that spectators and/or its supporters (and anyone purporting to be its supporters or followers) conduct themselves in an orderly fashion whilst attending any Match and do not:

E21.1 use words or otherwise behave in a way which is improper, offensive, violent, threatening, abusive, indecent, insulting or provocative;

E21.2 throw missiles or other potentially harmful or dangerous objects at or on to the pitch;

E21.3 encroach on to the pitch or commit any form of pitch incursion;

E21.4 conduct themselves in a manner prohibited by paragraph E21.1 in circumstances where that conduct is discriminatory in that it includes a reference, whether express or implied, to one or more of ethnic origin, colour, race, nationality, religion or belief, gender, gender reassignment, sexual orientation or disability.

E21.5 it shall be a defence to a Charge in relation to Rules E21.1 to E21.3 (only) if a Club can show that all events, incidents or occurrences complained of were the result of circumstances over which it had no control, or for reasons of crowd safety, and that its responsible officers or agents had used all due diligence to ensure that its said responsibility was discharged. However, when considering whether this defence is made out a Regulatory Commission will have regard to all relevant factors including:
• The extent to which the Club has discharged its duty;
• The severity of the issues involved;
• The extent to which similar issues have occurred previously in which case whether the Club took sufficient action in preventing further such incidences.

E21.6 For the avoidance of doubt Rule E21 shall apply to the conduct of both a Club’s home and/or away supporters.

City was charged under E21.3 for the Villa pitch invasion. As far as I can see, if spectators of a team manage to cause a postponement by actions outside the ground, the FA is still unable to punish them under this rule. Therefore only criminal action can be taken.

UEFA regulations are different:

UEFA Disciplinary Regulations Edition 2019

Article 16 - Order and security at UEFA competition matches

1 Host clubs and national associations are responsible for order and security both inside and around the stadium before, during and after matches. All associations and clubs shall comply with the obligations as defined in the UEFA Safety and Security Regulations. They are liable for incidents of any kind and may be subject to disciplinary measures and directives unless they can prove that they have not been negligent in any way in the organisation of the match.

2 However, all associations and clubs are liable for the following inappropriate behaviour on the part of their supporters and may be subject to disciplinary measures and directives even if they can prove the absence of any negligence in relation to the organisation of the match:

a. the invasion of the field of play;

b. the throwing of objects potentially endangering the physical integrity of others present at the match or impacting the orderly running of the match;

c. the lighting of fireworks or any other objects;

d. the use of laser pointers or similar electronic devices;

e. the use of gestures, words, objects or any other means to transmit a provocative message that is not fit for a sports event, particularly provocative messages that are of a political, ideological, religious or offensive nature;

f. acts of damage;

g. causing a disturbance during national anthems;

h. any other lack of order or discipline observed inside or around the stadium.

I've not checked the latest UEFA regulations, but the gist of them won't have changed since 2019.

You can see from this that UEFA is able to punish clubs for the behavior of their supporters inside or outside the ground.

Hence Liverpool were punished by UEFA for various coach attacks, but unfortunately no action was brought by Merseyside Police despite extensive investigations. City were punished by the FA and fans prosecuted for the pitch invasion against Villa. United not punished by the FA but fans prosecuted for causing the postponement of the Liverpool game.

I am convinced that both these teams know there is probably one buyer/consortium out there who could choose either one of them, who is ready to pull the trigger and whoever doesn't get picked is in for a tough time . It helps neither of them that they are for sale at the same time .

It's great isn't it !!!!!!
Once FSG indicated they were prepared to sell, the Glazers were obliged to indicate they were also interested in selling. If a billionnaire is looking to buy Liverpool, the Glazers would be negligent if they didn't hitch their skirt up and flutter their eyelashes at any potential buyer
