Can’t chuck loads of money at the players to entice them to come
Don’t have the pull factor for top players
Can’t find any buyers for their fringe players
Best player and ‘hero’ wants to leave

Haha the Dutch league is the next step up from the Albanian. Maybe next year if they can’t get their mighty eredivisie players over the line
