I’ll never forget how their fans “broke into” the Swamp, which led to a cancellation of a Premier League game, and the RAG MEDIA said it was all the owners fault!!!

It is a CULT living on its “istree,” most of which was created by one manager under ZERO FFP RULES that allowed them to break transfer fees and poach players with impunity!

Like the other Red scum, who live on what people who are long since dead achieved, their fan base is based on yesterday, not today, whereas MOST OF OUR DIEHARD FANS had to live through yesterday to get to today, which makes us appreciate it even more!

I see people are even resorting to “Pep is a known doper!” on Twatter in the lead up to the Finals. Maybe he had asthma?! :-D

They have tried to close the gap to City several times in the past decade. Each time, they couldn't even maintain their level and went backward. To go up a level, to accumulate close to 90 points, they would need an entirely different way of playing, which necessitates a squad reconstructed from ground up. There is a reason why Fellaini and Rashford have looked good for them and why they drop points against park-the-bus teams. Arsenal faltered this season but, having adopted the Pep way, were able to get to 84 points. When Klopp does well with inhalers and other tactics, a 90-point season is possible for them.

With Kane, they will go backward, and Rashford will have a bit of a moment of dissatisfaction as his goals would be taken away. Rashford will be another Son, and Son and Kane aren't exactly bosom buddies.

They are also celebrating being one position better than Newcastle U, who haven't spent a quarter of a billion. They are still doing what they have done, spending a ton of money unwisely.
 
Shows how weird United’s support is when they are seeing finishing 3rd as some Olympian effort by Ten Hag. To put into context Arsenal finished 5th in 2022 and Newcastle finished 11th. At the same time they are quietly shitting it worrying about what City will do in the next two games and down playing what Pep has achieved and the style of football being played.
