There are certain click bait journalists I really hate and Oliver Holt is one of them. Mr f*cking PC. Always jumping on a football fad. The floppy haired, middles class, left wing, PC, cheese cloth wearing c*unt who would put a glass eye to sleep and the bore the tits off you. Rant over
Go easy. His ol' fella was Ernie Bishop....brutally murdered in a bookies blag down Weatherfield way...

Its strange how when United “swooped in and snatched him from City” there was zero mention of his 25m/year wages, plus extras (very much like Sanchez’ 650k/week salary) but now he has told them they are not good enough for his brilliance, all the talk is about how united are doing the right thing and saving themselves all that money on a soon-to-be 38 year old.
Meanwhile City just go about their business quietly signing the best young striker for generations for a modest fee, and improving their squad whilts maintaining a negative net spend.
I have always believed Ronaldo to be the best player of his generation, Messi included, but this shit show is glorious to watch

To be honest, I don't dislike Ollie Holt. He's a local lad who comes across as having a bit of a soft spot for City despite being a County fan plus how can anyone hate the son of Emily Bishop? ;) He's not been anywhere near as anti-City as some of the other cunts out there and as such, I wouldn't group him with the WhatsApp lot.

However, some of his tweets down the years have been nothing short of hilarious. Saying Charlie Adam to Liverpool may turn out to be a better signing than Aguero to us was comedy gold. And now we have this huge revisionism over Ronaldo, when he was Fat Boy Slimming over his return following that Newcastle game!

They are so so so fucked
Yeah, just had a look at what they have done this summer so far:-

Players gone:
Nemanja Matić
Paul Pogba
Jesse Lingard
Edinson Cavani
Juan Mata
(+ some other minor characters)

They have not officially signed anyone but have a LB Malacia lined up. All other deals have a way to go.

On the plus side they must have a big chunk of wages saved. On the negative side the only goal scorers left after Ronaldo are Rashford who was very poor last year and Martial who got shipped out on loan last season (1 goal in 13 games at Sevilla).

Add to that a list of players who's contracts are up next summer:- DeGea, Shaw, Fred, Tuanzebe, Dalot. It's a right mess.

And don't forget his claim that we all hate Southgate because he's a bit of a lefty, not because he's a shit manager.

He’s changed his tune from when he was wanking himself silly when they beat Leeds last September and quoting words to Fatboy Slim records. Shows the standard of reporting and knowledge of the game amongst the press in this country.
Spot on, although it was Newcastle not Leeds ;)

The revisionism from United fans and some journalists regarding Ronaldo is piss funny. They were all wanking off over his return and how Baconface stepped in to stop him signing for us. Well they're not wanking off now, that's for sure. I could be a revisionist twat myself and say I never wanted him to sign for us, but to be honest I was pissed off when United got involved and ended up signing him. Like many fans, with Levy playing hardball over Kane I saw Ronaldo as a decent short-term option to plug our lack of striking options, plus there was the added bonus of seeing the piss boiling over at The Swamp if we had signed him. As it happened, it didn't affect us in the end and it perhaps benefitted us in the long run by helping kick open the door for us to move for Haaland. I can't deny that it didn't feel like that at the time though.

They are turning into peak 90s City and I’m enjoying every second, we just need a Coppell moment and relegation. Karma.

Do you remember how much of a stroll it was us beating Feyenoord in the Champions League about three or four years ago?

Ajax couldn't even beat them in the Cup the other week?

The standard in Holland, outside of technique, is lacking in plenty.

He will be lucky to turn United in to Brighton.

Easier on the eye but still nowhere near the elite.
I'm telling you the wally with the brolly will be in charge by Christmas.
