Good of Charlton to get through, that’s united’s next home tie sorted
Rags had 2 free kicks in the first 35 seconds.I watched the game against Burnley last night up until the point were they scored their second. I'd like to highlight that Vinny has Burnley playing a brand of football that is the polar opposite of what we would normally expect from them under Dyche.
Up until I turned it off, I'd go as far as to say that United played a counter attacking game at home to a Championship side. Burnley looked more dangerous in possession of the ball, especially in the final 5-6 minutes of the half were they hemmed United in.
I believe, despite numerous 50/50 fouls from each side, Burnley got their first free kick on 35 minutes. The ref gave United a free kick every time they went down... unfortunately for Burnley - they were treated differently.
I appreciate they weren't at full strength, but they were bang average last night and relied on Burnley playing out from the back to create a lot of their opportunities...
As for Dubravka, god help them if De Gea has a spell on the side lines.
