Don’t you think there’s a good chance this is just the first stage for Ineos? My suspicion is they’ve only done this with a view to a majority holding.
The only question is, is it with the tacit agreement of the Glazers (my guess would be yes), or not.

Edit.
Not that I’m really very bothered either way!
Yeah maybe, but my gut feeling is this whole process from the Glazers has been a sham to try and keep the fans from protesting more and more and its worked. United are their cash cow, why would they give that up without someone like Ineos paying through the absolute roof for it. Add to that anyone taking full control will need to invest extra billions just to bring the stadium and training grounds up to standard and that's not even going anywhere near their shit show of a team.

The Glazers are pulling off the perfect rip-off. Sunny Jim has clearly got more money than sense.
He can sink as much money in as he wants, but, good luck trying to catch up with City - or Liverpool, Arsenal, Newcastle, Spurs - all he needs is a new manager, team and stadium!
Scum.

Ratcliffe has basically paid the Glazers £1.5 billion for the privilege of appointing some clowns who have failed elsewhere, to carry on failing at old toilet..!

I fuckin the love the Glazers, they are milking the rag cow again and again with impunity….
Shouldn’t we be looking to name a stand or have a statue erected at our place, in their honour ??

Keep up the good work lads….!!

I wouldn’t say that Brailsford failed at Team Sky.

Their successes in the Grand Tours were phenomenal. He did a fantastic job, but that doesn’t mean he can transfer the traits he used for a cycling team to the swamp.

You mean more than the two dozen that protest already?

Hearing the rag players arent happy with Sir Ratcliffe new methods.

He has told the players that they will have to cycling to training now.

Rashford, ratface etc have asked for stabilizers to be fitted. And Martinez isnt happy as his bike is s child size bike.

They cant find a cycling helmet that fits Maguire
The Jodrell Bank Dish?

How many articles can the BBC continuously write with little or no actual meaning - todays is ‘Messi of Business’ lined up.

They seem to just dream up a story.

Goldbridge having a meltdown about the Glazers, he feels that although they are selling 12.5% of their shares they should be giving it back to the club rather than taking the money.
He is complaining that they are treating the club as a business rather than a football club, well thats what happens when you float a club on the stock exchange.
Yep. He's a thick cnut. That's why he couldn't hold down his job in the police and banking.

He's just making money, he's a grifter in a profession of grifters that commentate on football, they rarely if ever tell the truth mate.

If and when the Glazers do eventually leave Scum, how glorious would it be if we invited them to come and watch us play and get them pictured wearing City shirts

During May 1999, my father wanted the Rags to win the European Cup, because "it would be good for England".

Never listen to the opinions of a homophobic arsehole, because they are not valid. When he disowned me for being gay (alongside my mother as he manipulated her), I was given that advice and that Rags statement was the first thing that came to my mind.

His wild jumping up and down when the winner went in really got to me for years until we bettered their treble, let alone the way the ball bounced up and down to aid the goals occurrence.

Never listen to the opinions of a Rag either, as well as a neutral who wants to see them succeed.
