Onana getting stick from the Rag fans now. Allegedly the donut thief would have saved two of the goals yesterday.

Not sure how true it is but didn't we all say they'd be fucked if they didn't have him digging them out??

The gift that keeps giving.
Great move by tent peg, sack of de gea and pay nearly fifty million for a clown goalie downgrade, comedy genius...

I have no doubts whatsoever that pgmol will bail them out again, very soon. The rags cannot be permitted to drift too far from a much-coveted top four place.
Around Christmas time, when all hope looks lost, the brave Sir Howard of the Webb will appear on the horizon, excalibur held on high and his battle-hardened foot soldiers by his side: Paul Tierney, Anthony Taylor, Michael Oliver, Stuart Attwell etc.
The rags will be saved at the last minute and all will be well as the Glazers rub their fat, sweaty hands in glorious anticipation of the huge income CL football will bring.
Webb's army will destroy any opposition to their paymasters at the swamp by wiping out the hopes of the fans at Villa Park, Stamford Bridge, Goodison Park and so on in order to ensure the also-rans get fuck-all whilst their favourite red top side goes marching on.
And with the money from Europe coming in the rags will be able to splash out on reviving the careers of Titus Bramble, Emile Heskey, Andy Carroll and Tony Yeboah - £400 million for each one.

Rinse and repeat.

I was going to bring this up... I only started noticing that silly theatre name being used probably mid-late 90's, which I assume to be all part of the commercialised hyperbole that came with the advent of the PL, can any oldies confirm if the silly theatre name had been in use much longer than that, ie back in the 60's or 70's, or is it just a modern invention created by the rag loving media?
The dickhead Stuart Hall used to refer to the swamp as the Theatre of Dreams in his post-match reports on Radio 5, but I'm not sure if that's the original reference.
He also called Goodison the School of Science and Maine Road the Theatre of Base Comedy. He'll have had a pet name for Klanfield as well but I don't recall it.

Is this the same Glazers that Neville took a wage from when at the club, right I’m gonna go with Neville here and say go on the glazers sell up,then with new owners we can give it 12-18 months and if things haven’t changed then who will Neville blame it on then, rinse and repeat that’s what,he’s a cnut who hates the fact that the rags aren’t challenging they aren’t relevant at all only for the fact their PR team is keeping them in the spotlight..oh and Neville it’s hurting even more as it’s City who’s sweeping up trophies and playing the best football with the best manager now fuck off you utter cnut ..
It's no coincidence the best and worst run clubs are rivals, the biggest problem the rags have is Manchester City. We indirectly put them where they are.
Gonna put a few quid on them going down, there in turmoil, there skint and there's no character in the team.
