So Neville's "Non negotiable" include:

1. A new sporting project
2. A new or redeveloped Old Trafford
3. A New training ground
4. Full redevelopment of the surrounding land to create a Manchester United World and amazing fan experience
5. Pay off the debt and stop taking dividends until the above is done.

Effectively saying "So, we'll have your billions to buy the club thanks and then you can spend many more billions on new players, new stadium, a new training ground, a new 'world' around the stadium ... oh and you can pay off our almost £1 billion worth of debt too whilst you're at it and you can forget about any dividends until ALL of this is done, which will be at least 10 years. Now, do we have a deal?"

When it all started the wankathon was never going to last ….. it was like a shit version of Dragons Den . The more they looked into it the shitter the deal was .
