Always worth remembering why and how the dreaded Glazers came to buy MUFC ?
That "good-old-boy", the GPC, got greedy with the Irish owners over the stud rights to his gifted horse, from the Irish owners, The Rock of Gibraltar.
I seem to remember the Irish owners (Magnier & JP somebody ?) were so incensed with the GPC, that they sold for the most amount of money - not necessarily the best prospective owners ?
Another example of how the GPC is responsible for a lot of failings at MUFC after his glory years...

I can't see it sadly.They dont have a pot to piss in,12 plus years of being taken to the cleaners for players then screwed by those same players for inflated wage demands, pay offs from one failed manager to the next, loss of income from European and domestic sources, the repayment structure of the loans required a minimum amount of success of which thay have fallen well short of and now the pots empty, all by the way in a frantic and futile attempt to keep up with City, it may well get a lot worse before it gets any better, we may well pick the paper up one day and discover they have gone into administration
I'm basing this on the way the PL kept the dippers going past various deadlines when they were going under under Gillette.
