He will look root and branch at every aspect and potentially will identify all of the small easy step ways to change their culture.

Problems he has:
It will take a fair bit of time…
It will doubtless require swingeing overhaul of the playing staff…
It will probably take even longer due to the presence of mega money contracts…
It will probably require a poison pill strategy at some point that their commercial dept would loathe or potentially refuse to swallow…I suspect we’ve seen this one happen before…

I’m sure there are plenty more huge obstacles that I’ve missed, suffice to say that Ralf Ragnarok had probably already pointed much it this out - and they blazed in regardless.
