A big issue faced by the Rags is that they`ve missed out by sticking put at the Swamp. The likes of City, West Ham, Arse, Spuds have built new stadiums at an affordable price. The costs involved for a new stadium are prohibitive in this day and age. So the likes of them and their Dipper mates continually put a sticking plaster on their ancient grounds and add the odd seat block here and there, too scared to relocate from their sacred roots.
FFS even Sunderland, Leicester and Reading have grounds that put old toilet to shame.

Perhaps they could do us all a favour and build a new stadium off the M25 ring road.

Quickly running out of cheap land in Manchester as well. Time to do it was 20 years ago, we got lucky in the games but also lucky in making the move at the exact right moment in the city's history.
