They don't have far to fall for a cascade to happen IMHO mate, chumps money down the swanny lots of bad press and they are left in the pack with the rest financially.

Foundations built on lies and sand.
Just need the likes of Villa, Newcastle, Brighton & West Ham to step up and keep them out of the CL for 2 seasons, then the Adidas sponsorship drops a big chunk. This coupled with the loss of TV money, matchday revenue & prize money could see them in trouble with FFP & PL PSR compliance. A man can dream ....../

Got to wonder what their sponsors feel about pumping millions into the self-proclaimed biggest club in the world and being associated with a team that finishes bottom of the group?
