They need to realise Taggert was an outlier for what the club has achieved in its existence not the norm. They were exactly the same before him as they are now, expensive group of players that might win an odd domestic cup here and there that can’t compete for the big trophies. They’ve only had 3 managers in their entire history that have won the league, City’s current and last two managers have won a league as a comparison.

And two of those three were ex blues.

It hurts infinitely more to watch a proper club like Arsenal or Liverpool win the league than City.

Please dear god anything but a city win.

The Abu Dhabi football project winning & dominating to this unprecedented level just highlights the stupidity of allowing an entire state to own a football club.

It's dull seeing city win everything. If arsenal win it gives hope to other teams they can be beaten. Feels like the Scottish league when Celtic were winning every year

If City keep winning I think they’ll get a bigger punishment because more fans will get fed up with them winning.

How would you even be able to tell if this United side was intentionally tanking?

Just play like we normally do and concede a billion shots like always and it'll happen naturally.

Funny enough, this seems like the kind of match we probably get a result in, and derail things for arsenal, like we did for liverpool

We don't need to entertain any grand plans of throwing anything with the way we've been playing this season. City probably win all their games anyway, might as well try and ruin Arsenal's day. Their fans will be their usual selves if they win.
