Great…this also needs to go in the Save Poundland Pep thread. Good work.
this right here is the problem with the media, they hold the public in so little regard and are so used to lying to them, that they genuinely believe they can tell us that what we have seen with our own eyes isnt actually true
Ha I’ve been watching them getting their arse handed to them over the weekend so makes senseit usually has something to do with what YOU have been looking at, sniff sniff :)
And here he is in real time:
thats a strange comment from a pundit i and everyone on here knows the stlye of playSaw the clip of ratface and spitty on sky post match
Comedy gold
Loved the part where spitty said ten hag has been there 18 months, brought players in and no-one still knows how united play
They are not in the same league as our owners but utd aren't going to get better than them. All the prospective buyers will be the same as the Glazers in that they'll want a big return on their investment year on year. There'll be no further investment into the club after the purchase unless they think there'll be a decent return on that money.Do you think, objectively speaking, they are good owners?
And if so, why?
Ten Bob telling everyone afterwards they 'played well.' Really? That's not what 99% of knowledgable football fans said after the demolition. Even genuine rag fans said City were in a different league, that we were so superior to them it was 'men against boys.'this right here is the problem with the media, they hold the public in so little regard and are so used to lying to them, that they genuinely believe they can tell us that what we have seen with our own eyes isnt actually true

So as the manager, coming out after such a poor performance and telling the media they played well, I would suggest you, Mr Ten Bob, go back to the fawning media hacks and explain why -after spending millions and millions on players over the last eighteen months or so- your team is so poor? Why, despite pgmol and Webb's best efforts, are your club still so fucking awful you'd struggle against a non-league side.
Any other manager at any other club would be absolutely slaughtered for the excrement you served up for your supporters on Sunday, but of course Simon Stone and his feeble-minded cronies have mortgages to pay, don't they.
ahem.. I think they're more like Intel than Microsoft. They're like Microsoft. Big in the 90s by being in the right place at the right time. Got complacent, thought they were too big to be caught, and then spend the next 10 years trying to catch up with all the tech companies that overtook them in the meantime. They're the Bing to our Google. The Zune to our iPod. The Windows Phone to our Android.

The Glazers are decent owners in that they don't appear to get involved in the football side of things and they let the club reinvest in the playing side. They employ money men to run the club at the highest level which is the right thing to do. It's these people who let them down by trying to run parts of the club they don't understand.
View attachment 97055So far I've spotted James Cordon, Fat Klopp, and the kid banjo player from Deliverance giving Erling shit.
