To be honest @freshie, it's a little disappointing you would be so disrespectful to someone who must be nailed on to have a statue erected at the Etihad campus.

with the news coming out yesterday about their increased debt (approx around 800m now with what they have spent this summer), the ongoing sagas from within the club, the ownership debacle, the poor performances on the pitch etc etc etc a win for us could really turn the screw and nearly finish them off

Realistically if we win and they go on a bit of a losing streak Ten Hag could lose his job - sections of the fans will start calling for it and the media will jump all over it just for clicks etc...However, who could they get that is better.????...I dont think there is anyone out there that would go there as its career suicide at the moment. They could conceivably finish mid table with lots of other teams improving.

They couldnt even afford 20m for Amrabat - they are in deep shit financially and on the pitch they have been poor

Lets hope we dont give them a life line tomorrow

They'll say City's biggest fan forum is in a celebratory mood pending the death of Knight of the Realm after his close shave a couple of years back.
