I know for a fact, having been in conversation with someone who knows, that no tears were shed when he left for united. Eye brows were raised that the scum had given him a top job when he was considered 4th/5th down the line at city. A very junior partner who questioned how good he wven was at his job
The worst since the Lawman last scored at the swamp? It has taken United fans a long time for reality to sink in. The players they have now are the worst squad they have had since Ferguson retired. A flukey Derby win can’t hide that truth.
Oh eye yeh (blushes)12th choice then.....
That Final & then the Charity shield - where we also struggled to break them down & defend their counters , should have been an Alarm bell to Txixi & Pep that the squad needed freshening up.What really pees me off is how did we lose an FA Cup final only a few months ago
Life on swampManchester is out of bounds.
To divers, rags and clowns.
You coulld argue their 1974 relegation squad was better because it included some fading former great players. I believe this squad is worse than their 1980s team which didn't win much. It is amazing how badly they have recruited in the last decade. When you consider how many very lucky results they have had this season they are flattered by their position in the table. The worst since the Lawman last scored at the swamp?
